I watch it every week. I always say Im not watching it next year but I get sucked in. :grin:

My favourite is Leona, best singer on the show but I have a feeling Ben will win.

Eton Road was ok too.

I think it's between Leona & Ben, both are very good, so it will just be down to the best song on the night.

I also like Ray, great entertainment, think some of the judges have given him a hard time.

Robert, another good entertainer not the winner but very good.

Eaton Road - Bit up & down.

The MacDonald Brothers - I really don't understand how they are still in the competition, I think they should have gone out a while back, they do have good voices but feel they should have been knocked out sooner.

My vote went to Leona for the moment with Ben a very close 2nd.

The guy with the black hair in Eton Rd freaks me out a bit. I don't really like this group much.
Ray - He seems like he was born in the 50s/60s and has been frozen until now. I can see him as a performer in say Las Vegas, one trick pony I think.
Ben - The guy sounds like he's smoked 60 fags a day for years but I reckon he'll be in the final.
McDonut brothers - I reckon they're only still in it because people want to vote against whatever Simon says.

Leona all the way for me, but sadly if she does win the competition it'll probably ruin her career as they always make their artists release s*** songs. What happened to Shane from last year? And the bloke who won before that? Exactly.

Shane had a great voice, and they gave him crappy songs for the album. Most of the songs he sang on the show mean't he got to show off all the different notes he could reach, the album was poor in comparison.

Ben for me!

I think Leona has a great voice but does the world need YET another beyonce, whitney clone?? I prefer something a bit more original myself. And I'm afraid that crouching down like shes trying to go to the loo every time she tries to get a note and the high pitched warbley waily bits dont do it for me personally, but it seems a lot of people like that style of singing.
I would totally understand if she won but it would be a real shame to pass up the opportunity for a bit of originality for a change in favour of the 'same old same old'.

(sorry, seems to be a bit of a Leona fan club on here so shall i duck now? )

Everyone has different tastes and I also like Ben next to Leona but I don't think he is an original either, the UK is lacking his type of singer at the moment but he basically could be Joe Cockers lovechild. :grin:

Pred and mg - everyone is entitled to their own opinion and everyone has different tastes.

The sad thing about the X-factor is that the majority of the time, they pick such awful songs for the contestants to sing.

My prediction this week, I reckon it'll be between the McDonuts and Ray.

I went for Ben, he stands out to me, a little bit different. I do like Leona she's a talented girl but in all honesty there are loads of girls singing like that now and it's getting a bit boring. I was also slightly put off by what her Mum was supposed to have said in the paper, she said that if Leona doesn't win it will be because she is black and people don't vote for black people! Excuse me but firstly I find that very insulting and secondly her mums white so surely that makes her just as much white as she is black. Sorry for the rant but I do hate it when they bring the whole race card into it. At the end of the day everyone has their own tastes in music and just because someone wins it doesn't mean that they are more talented just more popular. Rant over :wink:
