hi,
I just wondered if anybody has purchased from these guys.
I recieved a psp game which was unsealed ,looked
used and also Australian version.I know psp are region free but i expected better, should i complain. thanks for any help.

I've not used them that much but when I have I've been very happy with them. It's up to you if you want to complain but if you plan to sell it on later I'd say something.

Although PSP games are multi-regional I'm sure a lot of the public are unaware of this and so will reduce the value when you do come to sell it. Just my opinion though.

Thanks for your help.I know that a lot buyers go for uk pal ,if it had stated otherwise i would of brought elsewhere.I think i,ll phone them and complain, thanks

No probs. They're a UK distributor, as far as I'm aware, so they shouldn't be selling imports unless it's stated. I think a few companies are letting a few 'grey' imports through the net so it looks like it's going to happen more often. It could also be someone sending back another region while keeping the UK pal one ordered.

You've been a great help, i did ring and complain and they're supposed to be phoning me back to sort out an exchange .It just that if i wanted region 4 and unsealed ,it would of been cheaper to buy on ebay.thanks

They have just phoned back saying the whole batch they have in stock is region 4 and unsealed ,no exchange there then , just a refund offered.They're off my retailers list from now on.

I ordered 2 psp games from there for the hubbie before Christmas and they were UK versions and sealed, but cheers for the heads up for future purchases.

I've never had a problem with PowerPlaydirect either, have been using them for years.

I've used them quite a few times before with no problems *crosses fingers* (it's usually when i say something like this that something goes dramatically wrong)
