I have just got myself a 360 (the bank is not going to like me!!!) what are te most own games for it?

Perfect Dark Zero

Those are just a small selection of titles I have, love them all but GOW is a must if you own a 360. The arcade games are definitely worth a look as well such as Small Arms, Assault Heroes, Hexic HD so buy some MS points.

I rented Viva Pinata the other day, it's actually better than I thought and King Kong is good for easy gamer points.

I have just ordered for myself and the OH, Need for Speed Most Wanted, Prey and Oblivion.

There are lots of downloadable demos on the marketplace so you can play before you buy.

Oh yes, Lost Planet out in January looks set to be another 360 must have game, I've already pre-ordered my copy.

I just have an Xbox 360 (no games) and xbox live won't let me register my xbox. Really depressing.

I punched in the license number under "register my console" and it comes back saying the server returned an unexpected error message. (it's whatever service the webserver is contacting to register that reports this). I'll give it a whirl once I hook it up. I haven't bothered for now, since none of my games have arrived yet. Also, there is the matter of finding an obscenely length of Ethernet cable for the initial test (until I get around to making it wireless).

I have a 25m cable that I used to use lol.
Now I moved the router downstairs, and a 20m cable goes upstairs to the PC my parents use.

I suppose gamerpoints could be seen as bragging points. You basically get points for unlocking achievements on games, so say you have completed a game you would normally get the max amount of gamer points which is usually 1000. You can also compare how far your mates are with that game when you press compare. Once you see that 'achievement unlocked' symbol it definitely is very addictive.

Also, check out xbox.com forums if you want to add friends or join a clan. There are some great clans out there so you don't end up playing with the godawful stupid yank kids.

My highlights for my xbox 360 so far have been...

Gears of War - Greatest thing ive ever played
Rainbow 6 vegas - Amazing
Top Spin 2 - Unbelieveably adictive, and career mode is brilliant
Pro evo 6 - Not without its flaws but the gameplay is superb and is a must for xbox live.

Other games ive got but havent fully played yet..

Ghost Recon advanced warrior

On a side note, if you dont want cables buy the wireless network adaptor for £35 (normal price £70) from marshall ward using their new account user code for £20 off. Even the pre reduced price of £39 plus £2.50 is still a bargain!!
