Its pretty simple.
The R&R policy is that anything overcharged against you should be refunded in full, with the added benefit of keeping the item.
So if the 360 with a game is meant to be £279 as a bundle, but they charge you £280, you can go to Customer Services, and claim back £279, and keep the Xbox.
You get overcharged when they leave up old signs (if it says finishes yesterday, but is still up today, then you can still claim your money back). Or you may get overcharged when the bundle multisave doesnt work.
