As the PSP has region free gaming I thought I'd be able to find loads of bargains out there ...but I can't!

I've checked out a few american and asian sites but prices are similar to UK and that's before postage. It seems as it's a new console, the game prices are still high everywhere.

Does anyone know of any worldwide e-tailers that has cheap PSP games? [-o<

I don't have firmware 1.5 or 2.0. When I first got my PSP last year I put the demo disc in and it automatically upgraded the firmware

There's always a way to downgrade ;) i think..... I've not got one myself I have heard the newer firmware has been or is soon to have hacked goodness also, but I don't keep uptodate on such things

I sold my PSP a little while ago, but from what I can remember you can run SOME downloaded games or homebrew software, but you cannot "downgrade" it as such.

Apparently the GTA hack that is commonly used on the 1.5 PSP is the key here. Do a search on Google and you'll find the site that discusses this in detail.

My friend 'downgraded' his software to an earlier version and runs games straight from his memory stick. You need a random game in there to make it happen though. That's as much as I know on the subject ;)

You'll find everything you need to at http://www.projectpsp.com/ which is where I got all the info I needed to downgrade mine, currently have Fight Night Round 3, Juiced, Outrun, Loco Roco and Astonisha Story on my memory stick

BTW Virgin are doing some BOGOFs on PSP games as from today.
