Re: New TV Help

A friend uses a Samsung 40" M87 for all his Hi-Def goodness @ 1080p, PS3, Blu-ray, 360 and HD DVD.

Its a really good set and looks nice too.

He paid £900 a few months back, might be able to pick up cheaper now.

EDIT: A few threads at AVForums

Also, available for £878 on pricerunner http://www.pricerunner.co.uk/pl/2-97...Compare-Prices

Re: New TV Help

Having a quick read through the AVForums threads, it looks like there a three in this price range, maybe have a scour over there.

The others they compare to the Sammy are the Tosh 42X3030 and the Sharp LC42-XD1e, all between £850 and £890 it seemsbut I sure a little digging could make those cheaper

I have experience of the smaller 720p Toshs and they great but no idea on the Sharp.
