If you have mobile phone insurance, make a claim.

If not, you are screwed and will have to pay £450 for a new one. Or buy the screen off ebay and fit it yourself, or get a mobile phone shop to fit you a new screen.

I must admit, my N95 has almost been broken a few times - i keep it in my trouser pocket, and I keep catching the phone on things. I have to keep reminding myself to put it in my pocket with the screen against my thigh and not facing outwards.

I think you'll have to deal with the insurance company yourself. o2 aren't interested.

I find O2's service shocking to be honest. And my N95 keeps locking up, which is fixed in the latest firmware. But guess what? O2 haven't approved the new firmware for N95's with serial numbers in my range. So i'm stuck with a half-working brick.

But thats another story
