help - locked out of my hotmail account

ok i have a problem today - my hotmail account linked to my play and playtrade account has been hacked into and password changed. also the answer to my secret question has been too.

i know who did it, but he wont admit it, and now i need to know how to get back in.

ive alerted play, who have reset my password there (as it had also been changed) and ive changed my email address that is linked to play.

the only thing that has been done to my play account is feedback for a dvd - one i had bought from my brother (remember, he nicked some dvds from me and put them on playtrade as undertaker87). anyway he has done that so i cant say i didnt get the dvds (so i have to pay for my own dvds rather than be refunded via playtrade from him).

of course he denies it, but why would anyone log into a playtrade account to leave just one feedback, change the password and log out? surely they could do much worse things, and they didnt.

and now my hotmail account that was linked has been tampered with. i know there used to be a form you could fill in to get the account back, but i cant for the life of me find it.

and pointers?

I'd take it to th police at this stage, he's being right c*nt. They'll have his IP and be able to prove it's him dunno how you'd get your hotmail back. I'm not sure you'd have much luck, may just have to mak a new one.

I think Rev may be right here, I remember a mate having a similar thing a while back and he had to change the address totally

Dont Hotmail ask give the option to give a secondary email when you set the account up? Could this be for situations like this?

Did you give a seconadry one? There must be a way of contacting Hotmail!

Yeah I think they do a secondary email thing, maybe that emails the pass once you get the question right though? I dunno, worth looking up.
And you could have enough proof if you wanted stinger, ask play for the ip etc info from when the feedback was left and password changed etc. If it's him the ip will point right at him (unlesshe did it at your house?). I know I'd follow it up
