Hi.

I noticed this site mentioned in another thread. I was wondering if anyone who has used it can tell me if they are worth using. I noticed that their mp3 players seem quite cheap, so I'm looking for some feedback before I splash out.

Never heard of them but they're German and look ok from a quick web search.

Some of their stuff is much much cheaper elsewhere and some (80gb ipod) is similar priced elsewhere.

I've used Komplett a few times (the .ie site)...much better than Pixmania (who I have a serious dislike for) and generally very quick shipping - they should have a free-post return address should you need to return something and yes, definitley they are good!

I have used the .nl/dutch site quite often and am very happy with them. Fast shipping, good customer service, etc.
So if their uk counterpart has the same quality I would go for it

Actually they're a norwegian company. They have webshops in 10 European countries and are very well respected (here in Norway at least).
The company name is Norwegian for "complete" (not much difference really... ;) ).
I've used them several times and I'm always satisfied. They're serious, and safe to use :)

I used the UK site last month to buy a Sony Bravia KDL-26S201 LCD TV. Ordered on 9 April, delivered on 12 April. No problems. The site warned customers that the item did not include an English manual, and gave a link to the Sony UK download site for the manual. (The item came with 2 thick manuals, in just about every European language EXCEPT English, and a "Euro" 2 pin mains lead as well as a UK lead).

Previous purchase, back in November 2005, was also problem free, although somewhat cheaper: Sony external floppy disc drive.
