4GB memory card help

HI i need some help i recently brought a 4GB Memory card and a samsung i6 camera (as seen below in link)

Camera

Memory card

Can i use them together as when i put the memory card in i gett a message saying "card error"

Should be compatible. There's always a chance it may need formatting before use, I dunno, if you can do that via the camera or not or if you'd need to connect it to a pc to do it? I guess there's a remote chance 4gb is too big for the camera to handle, but I doubt it

Looking at the manual, suggest above 1GB is not guaranteed to work with the camera! :eek:

Which is strange as its being marketed as a Media Player also
