Hi can anyone recomend a good digital camera dont want to spend a hell of a lot locking at about max £150.

gfool9mm, I would highly recommend the Canon Poweshot range and for that price you could easily get the 7 MP Canon Powershot A550 or possibly the 8 MP A630.

The are very well built cameras with good quality lens and have a bit more control than some of the other basic point & shoot digis.

If you are looking for a smaller (pocket size) point and shoot I would say look at the Casio Exilim cameras (EZ-700) or the small Pentax Optio one (A20 - 10MP!!) .

It all depends on what you want.
Currys Digital had one for around £160? on a leaflet outside one of their shops yesterday.
7 megapixel etc.

I've an 8mp camera i got for £90..... i'd not recommend it ;)
