Multi-Region DVD Recorders

Is there such a thing?

I mucked up my last one using a hack to get it to play DVDs from other regions and I don't want to buy a Region 2 one again and muck it up by hacking it again.

So is there any Multi-Region DVD Recorders? If so, any that are a decent price?

Thanks.

I work for Argos and get 10% off. :P

Also, that ebuyer one, can I ask where it says it's multi-region? I must be blind.

Re: Multi-Region DVD Recorders

If it's a DIVX DVD player it pretty much has to be multi region,
as to play raw AVI or MPEG it'd be plain silly.

Go for a DIVX burner even my mum and dad use DIVX
6 movies on 1 disc @700mb

My mate has a Liteon LVW-1105HC+ Divx DVD Recorder and complains a bit about it but he still likes it, he got used to Panasonic +R quality,
I prefer Sumvision, but all are gr8 for the money,
take it easy.

You can also make these dvd players multi region
1) power on the machine

2) press setup

3) highlight exit

4) press 2 9 6 0

new menu pops up, choose multi region.
