A lot of the comments have been related to Lewis going into a good car setup...I wouldn't totally agree with that...he's shown he is there on merit (gp2 etc) and it's great to have a new hero on the tracks.
Like my mate said...Lewis is the new Hill, Button is the new Herbert
I would say that Hamilton looks a lot better than Damon, he went intro the best car at the time partnering Prost, but as you say and i agree Lewis is there because he deserves to be there.
He could become one of the greats
lets hope so

Yes, but whether he'll ever get a decent enough car under him to prove it consistently is the key factor. With a half decent car - at times - over the last couple of seasons he's shown he can compete, but until he gets that consistant competetive car we'll never know.
My favourite team, williams are shocking right now...
Michael i always used to follow williams when keke rosberg partned mansell then with hill.
I thought the way Hill was treated by williams after winning the 1996 crown was shocking.
Then i could not understand why Jenson did not keep his contract with williams at least they are doing better than Honda.

Yeah I got into the sport watching mansell, prost, berger, senna etc...
I feel there is definitely a re-birth in the sport...not just because michael has retired, but things are exciting.
Bit shocked at how average the renaults are this year...
Yeah Mike Renaults have gone backwards this year considering they won 2 world championships.
What i think is the FIA should be looking at the aerodynamics side of the rear of cars to allow more overtaking, in the days os Mansell,Senna etc there were loads of overtaking because the cars got the tow.
I think Schumacher going is good for the sport because no matter what team he was in there were always controvery.
Rumour Ross brawn been offered a small fortune to go to Honda, they should have kept Geoff willis there.

Eddie Jordan sold the team in 2005 to a foreign consortium and they became MF1 - these when then sold again after last season and are now the Spyker team.
It's always hard when there are new regulations to build a new car that is good enough to compete. Additionally since Michelin pulled out only the teams that were with Bridgestone before know how to use the tyres, so there's a steep learning curve for all the other teams who are running them for the first time. Even McClaren are struggling to get to grips with them.
I'd take away most of the driver aids i.e. traction control and make them use a manual gear box - clutch and all as well as drop refuelling. I like the idea of having to use both tyre compounds though.

I remeber when EJ won his first race a one two Hill and Ralf schumi when the nutty older Brother went after DC to shake his hand and say sorry for hitting dc up the back.
