Re: Home of Chelsea fc
Not neccesarily.
You still have to play Man Utd, so thats a 6 pointer. If they slip up in just one game, you can go level on points if you win the game against them. So wide open as far as I'm concerned.
That said, I hope Man Utd win it, or even better Arsenal or Liverpool. Much as I hate all 3 aforementioned clubs, at least they generate their own cash and can claim to have "loyal" support. On the other hand, everything Chelsea have has been handed to them on a plate by a rich benefactor - and they can't even fill their relatively small stadium on a regular basis.
Not that I want to get into huge argument, however. I think Mourinho is one of the great characters in the game, and it will be a huge loss if he was to go to Real Madrid. Dare I say it, but he is irreplaceable as far as I am concerned.

What a weak argument, money cant win you football matches!! players still have to perform just look at for example Leeds or notts forest who chucked money about! but where are they now? just because someone gives a football club money doesn't mean you will be given the title!! you still have to earn it!
would you turn your nose up at a rich benefactor coming to newcastle i don't think so and i don't think i would be hearing you moaning that the money your spending isn't generated by the fans!.
i supported Chelsea when we had no money and the club was close to being wound up thats loyal!! so I'm not going to stop supporting them now just because someone wants too makes us one of the biggest clubs in Europe,as for wanting Man utd to win the title is a little rich it seems everyones has a short memory it wasn't long ago man utd was winning the title left right and centre and everyone was moaning about them and there money buying all the best players and winning the title every season!
i don't know hey! football fans so fickle!!

Re: Home of Chelsea fc
Don't forget that Man Utd dominanace was not down to buying expensive players, it was the home grown, youth players that helped us to win. Beckham, Scholes, Nevilles etc

Re: Home of Chelsea fc
True manchester fans support Man city dont they? please this room is for Chelsea fans not for rival fans to let out there jealousy thank you! unless its constructive!
i could go into others teams rooms and say what i think it wrong or right about there football clubs but i don't i have respect that people support different teams its called a choice no matter what others might think!
