Re: Home of Chelsea fc
Awww, mate, just look at your posts. Anyone with a half a brain can see that you are unneccesarily hostile in your tone. I was making some reasonable points and you jumped down my throat.
This forum is for reasonable debate. You can't just say "I only want chelsea fans to post in here" because thats not how it works.
You are quite welcome to go in the NUFC thread and make reasonable comment. But you won't tell me anything I don't know - I know Newcastle are rubbish - that the team are overpaid numpties etc etc etc. But by all means say it if it makes you feel better.

And you have it - you can post to your hearts content. But debate cannot be stifled because you want a private room!

Re: Home of Chelsea fc
no worries, as you said we are havig a debate/discussion. i think if you look in the other team's rooms, you will find similar stuff...purley banter mostly.
Everyone will always make comments, although there may be some you don't like/agree with but that is life...
so can't we all just get along

I am sorry that you feel I have been aggressive in my tone but this was not my intention. You have mistaken passion and loyalty for aggression. I have just tried to justify my opinion in light of your comments made about Chelsea.

Re: Home of Chelsea fc
This is why I've never added a "Home of Chelsea FC" thread on here. Like it or not, what happened when RA took over has provoked a huge amount of debate. Unfortunately, it never seems to be just "debate." Personally, I never believe these "ruining the game" posts. Simply because I don't think there's a fan out there who would stop supporting their own club if the same thing happened to them.

But look at ManUre's first team. The home grown players are in their 30's like Scholes and Giggs. The younger players have been bought, usually at vast fees. And don't quote Fletcher at me. First, he's Scottish, and second, he's crap lol.

lol yeah not one of our best although he normally plays better for scotland. Yeah our team is getting on a bit, we've still got Richardson although he's a bit hit and miss, normally miss lol, but like most clubs we have players on the brink on breaking in and then they go and sell them. I remember David Healy, he was doing well in reservesabout to break through and then they sold him...but it is very hard now for the young players to break into many of the top clubs because there is so much money at stake now
