Suggestion
Is there a demand for some new sub-boards to discuss specific subjects?
One's I may suggest for posting new versions of DVDs in are:-
HMV Exclusives
Play Exclusives
Amazon Exclusives
Mainly as trying to find / keep track of exclusives seems a bit hit and miss?
Additionally a DTS specific sub-board for film versions in DTS and what Bitrate they are etc?

Yes, ideally this would be something I'd love to do.
HOWEVER.........
From past experience, when we introduce new sub boards or features, they don't get used. So we could end up with dozens of sub-boards with 1 thread and no replies, rather than 1 board with a dozen threads.
There are plans for new things on the site as we go forward, and as traffic increases, we will have greater justification for adding new sub-boards.
What do other people think?

I like that idea specially the DTS board. would it mean too many 'stickys' if we did them that way?

Where are we talking about here? In the DVD DISCUSSIONS or the LIMITED EDITION forum?
if between you you could map out how you envisage it looking, and then we can maybe look at how effective it is likely to be.
Like I said, I don't mind doing it if its gonna be used, and useful. I'm just concerned that we are gonna have loads of sub-boards with little or no activity.

To decrease the amount of sub-forums, why don't you just try out a general exclusives sub-forum in the LE forum, rather than one for each retailer and see how it goes, and then expand on it from there. I know I personally would find it useful.

Like Tracey said we could do one sub-forum in the LE forum and then do each retailer as a separate 'sticky' or just their own thread per retailer within the sub forum.

The LE forum doesn't seem to get used as much as I think it should, adding an exclusives section might make it more active.
With the DTS, could a sticky be started in the DVD forum, similar to the steelbooks thread?

OK, lets try that then.
I have created a "Retailer Exclsuives" sub forum.
