Problems logging in
OK it seems we are getting quite a few members experience problems logging into the new forum. Rather than spreading your help requests around the forum you can use this thread if you have any problems with specific userids and we'll endeavour to look into it ASAP.
So far problems may be related to attempting to upload an avatar or the user having an invalid eg 01/01/1901 birthday set up. If you could let us know if either of the above are true in your case of if there are any other circumstances that may have caused it we'll try to recify the situation ASAP.

ok try it now. ive unbanned you and removed your profile picture to see if thats what is causing it. failing that perhaps if close your browser and clear your cookies for hdanddvdbargains we might get somewhere.

Managed to log in to my regular account (Kago), but after having viewed three or four of the threads I got the banned-message:
You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

I have been "banned" as well. What causes this and what can I do to use my regular member name account?

OK, I think we have found the problem and it should now be fixed.
If anyone is still having problems, post here - there doesn't seem to be a way to "blanket-lift" these bans, so we have to do it on a one-by-one basis. Please be patient.
