Didn't have an avatar uploaded either, so I don't think it's anything to do with that...

However: I see I've been demoted from "Bargain Hunter" to "Registered user"... :(

OK, let me explain.

vBulletin uses things called "promotion groups" to control your "rank". But there was some corrupted records in there that set your usergroup to blank, which meant you showed as "banned".

The only way I could fix this is to move the offending records from the "blank" user group to the "registered users" user group.

However, when the "promotion group" task runs again (it runs every hour at 25 minutes past) you should again see your rank change to what it was before, but hopefully it won't ban you again

Was banned 2 times but back in now first time was trying to upload avatar so will leave that for a while teething problems no doubt.
