Anyone ever purchased USED items from dvdheaven.com?

How used are they really?

I heard that most of them are still sealed...

i got kill bill vol 1 from them and it was used - wasnt sealed and it has a booklet missing. so no, it wasnt new lol.

I used them for the Japanese harry potter LE's and was very dissappointed - packing was non existent (a single layer of bubblewrap all the way from Japan to England!). The insides were mint, but the outside wasnt great :(
