Gremlins boxset was apparently dispatched on the 17th Dec and still has not turned up
I suppose father christmas may have forgotten to bring it :grin:

When my HMV order didnt turn up, I let them know. They said that they couldnt give the refund until I had done loads of things, such as give them my address...even tho it is on my account unchanged (and has been for lots of previous orders)

The customer service is terrible, especially via email, which will leave you waiting a week for a response

I've usally got their reply within 3 days using e-mail. I used the contact us form found on their site.

Yeh, I don;t normally have any problems with their customer service either, must just be the busy Christmas period. Although, over the last couple of moths, i've had a few HMV parcels go missing, whereas before I have recieved everything i've ever ordered from them. :?

My Lois and Clark season 3 was lost in the post, after the 14 days they sent another one and refunded the first copy and then charged for the replacement. Was all done suprisingingly easy via email through their contact us form.

Thanks mg I did use there online form so hopefully will hear from them today or will ring them.
Hopefully get it sorted today as on hols tomorrow.

I emailed amazon.com last week about a missing parcel and it arrived the very next day too.
