Orange.co.uk

Ok, having bougth a phone for an xmas present, and finding out it has a bent pin on arrival so won't charge, it needs returning and a new one sending out. The indian helplines don't seem to understand this, as the customer service number appears to be a technical help number, which isn't the same, well done orange. Orange.co.uk no longer deal with their shops so no joy there...

So I was wondering if anyone knew any helpfull orange.co.uk customer service numbers where you can get hold of someone in the UK who can deal with a replacement, rather than repeatedly asking you whats on the screen when you've explained to them for the hundredth time the phone can't charge?

Any usefull numbers appreciated

Re: Orange.co.uk

Can't you just return it (special delivery) with a covering letter explaining this or email them?

Re: Orange.co.uk

It's an option, but we're hoping they can send out another one before xmas, as they only take a day to deliver their phones. So rather than waiting for it to be sent back n delt with having one sent out/picking up the old phone would be preferable. There wouldn't be any of this hassle if it was a contract phone ;) lol
