Has anyone else had trouble contacting HMV.co.uk recently?
This October I ordered a DVD Box Set from HMV that had been damaged during shipping. I contacted HMV through the contact form on their site and a few days later HMV emailed me with details about replacing my item. I sent the faulty item and an enclosed letter back three weeks ago, and I haven't received my replacement yet.
I couldn't find the contact form on their website anymore, so a week ago I contacted them at
product@hmv.co.uk and asked if they had received my return or if they had information about the status of the replacement. I haven't heard anything from them so far.
Is this lack of communication common with HMV and have any of you had these experiences lately?
As I live in Scandinavia, phoning them is pretty much the last option I'm willing to take.
