I just ordered an item from Power Play Direct (a CD) and 13 minutes later they say they have despatched it! It's the first time I've used them and I am very impressed! Can anyone beat 13 minutes? :grin:

Blah normally ship within a few hours if it's in stock but 13 minutes wow.

The shortest time between ordering and shipping was 87 minutes for me

Wow that's a fast dispatch! The only problem now is, how long will it take to arrive. :wink:

I am steering clear of Powerplay because they posted a game to me about 2 months ago, it never arrived, they then told me to wait 28 days since date of posting before they would send out a replacement, fair enough, I even said I would pay extra for recorded delivery but they said there was no need for that, replacement item never turned up, e-mailed them again for either another replacement but to send it recorded or a refund, I don’t really want a refund as the item was a sale item and it’s back up to full price now but they are totally ignoring me now and have been for about 10 days when usually they reply to e-mails within a day or so. I’ll send them one more e-mail so they can reply or if they don’t then it’s chargeback time.

Tesco is usually a fast company for me, whenever I’ve ordered from them the item 9 times out of 10 has always arrived the next morning.

yeah I ordered Locoroco from Tesco one Friday at 3pm and it arrived Saturday morning.
