Anyone had dealings with the Disney online shop? I bought a couple of things in the BOGOF offer in October. The Cars DVD came happily enough after the release date, but the Box Set I bought with it still hasn't arrived. The phone number given (020 8222 1571) is never answered and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message, and my emails are unreturned. Anyone got any tips?

No, it was the Mary Poppins/Lilo + Stitch/Tarzan one. I finally got through and they told me it was now out of stock and never coming back in (nice of them to contact me to explain!). Anyway, they also said they'd charged me £9 for Cars to make up for the BOGOF offer (both items were 17.99 on the site) so can't grumble too much!
