Just received my first order from YesAsia, and very pleased except one of the items I had ordered in their sale - Carnivale: Season Two - is not the right item...
I think I know why this is (Warner have given the R3 Hong Kong the exact same barcode as the US Version... the dumbasses

) so it's not YesAsia's fault *directly*... However, obviously I would like the R1 and not the R3 (as I paid for the R1) and so I've emailed them explaining the situation...
Has anyone had something similar happen before? And if so what are YesAsia like in responding?
Thankfully the second item, another HBO purchase, was the correct R1 US version
