yeah I tried a few weeks back about an order that hadn't been sent, and that info email doesnt work. Does anyone have another one?

There 'Help' section is absolutely useless regarding contact, and there doesn't seem to be anyway around it.

Trace - you're far better off calling them. I did this last week as I kept on meaning to e-mail them but could never find the e-mail addy so called them and my query was sorted quicktime.

I agree I much prefer sending a rant via an email than moaning on the telephone (I always end up caving in on the phone!) |

I spoke to craig on the phone yesterday regarding the independant mess up and he assured me they would get back to me guess what they never.
May call them but certainly will not cave in
