I ordered a dvd last night, and received a card transaction mail minutes after, but I haven't received any order confirmation. I cannot find my order on the wow website when I use the info in the transaction mail. Is this common with the wow, or should I contact them?

I have had this many times with the wow, sometimes it takes a while for the order to get on your account but i would not worry hope this helps :)

I noticed that with two orders on their Hong Kong site this month, I got an immediate WorldPay confirmation but no order confirmation from CD Wow.
However, both orders went onto the orders list in "my account" - quick quickly, I think - and one has arrived, the other has shipped.
I think it's just a slight bug with the site and payment system. Sometimes it happens and other times it doesn't. Wouldn't worry though because even though the confirmation doesn't come through the order appears in your My Orders.

It's actually a bug in the mailing system they are using. It also affects mails sent from eg. verification (which means that sometimes you order gets cancelled, and you don't receive an email, even though customer support can let you know what was in the email they sent to you).
Well, didn't bother to log in when I ordered it, therefore it woun't go in my orders, but when I search for it, it doesn't show.

they haven't run evening sync yet. It's likely to be run at 6 am tomorrow, so check your order when you get up.
