
Cd-wow are sending me dvd's and then refunding me

I have contacted them but just get this reply:
Hi
Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, we have now exhausted all of our remaining stock of this item and it has now been deleted. We do not have any immediate plan to reintroduce it and a refund has been processed back to your card.
A notice was sent to all customers concerned but apologies as it seems that you did not receive this notification.
Sorry for the disappointment caused by this – I sincerely hope it will not deter you from visiting our site again in the near future.

Well, I have tried!!!
All year things like this are happening, buying stuff on-line and never charged!

£1000 worth from one retailer! they don't even know what I'm on about!
