Ok need to vent a little frustration.

I placed an order for them a good few weeks back OK try 10. And despite the delivery date not changing i never recieved the item. I emailed them to complain and they said oh yeah sorry we cant get that item and forgot to cancel your order.

They offered me a £3 voucher as a good will gesture but still the item was a birthday present and now i got like 2 weeks to find a replacememnt for around the same value.

They did give me back the vouchers i used to purchase it in the first place. It was Grease 1 and 2 boxeset. I ordered 2 one for me and one for a family friend it's her birthday in 2 weeks. It's just annoyed me that i had to email them to get a reply and they didnt automatically cancel the order a few weeks back when they realised they were having trouble sourcing the set.

I have found it elsewhere but its £10 + it was only £7.50 on Amazon

I do have a £10 HMV Voucher due from Test and Vote soon so maybe i'll just get her one and worry about mine later.

The website is being very slow for me, it was ok last night, but today and a couple of other times during the last week, everything just seems to take ages to load, or just doesn't load at all. Getting to the website initially is fine, but once I click on products the problems start.

Website is fine for me.
Getting really annoyed now had a fuji picture card shipped last wednesday and still no sign, says on the site I need to wait 3 days after estimated delivery date (today) before I email them about them, used to receive amazon orders 2 days after shipping.
