They're not legit - for a start they are selling 7 seasons of Malcolm in the Middle whereas there is only the first season available on DVD anywhere in the world

I think your probably right, however I have been told just because someone has an exclusive product does'nt mean theyre fake.
Will the DVD's work on my DVD player?
The DVD's are region free which means they will play on over 98% of DVD players. This includes the major Gaming Systems (Sony Playstation and Microsoft XBox) If you experience problems with the DVD's we will be happy to offer you a Full Refund.

True, but this isn't an exclusive product in that sense - it's an illegitimate product... It's also not the only one, as things like Cheers havn't had all 11 seasons released on DVD yet...
So what the person told you is technically okay, but this website isn't adhering to that statement...
they are indeed - but for stuff live Malcolm, if they never release the dvds (and it looks unlikely) how else can you get a full collection that at least looks legitimate from the outside. for around 100 quid its a good deal for that set. id buy them if i had the money and no customs fees.
It is really frustrating when there are series you would gladly buy but the companies involved don't think they are worth releasing.
I doubt I'd risk bootlegs at those prices though.
(Personally I'd love to see an old early 80s Indiana Jones type series called Tales of the Gold Monkey. Don't suppose anyone here remembers it, but, worldwide, quite a lot of people want it. I was also dissapointed that Just Shoot Me and Mad About You were abandoned after their second season. I would have though Malcolm In The Middle stood good chance though - No?)
In the case of Malcolm in the Middle it's music rights that hold it up... But in the case of eg. Roswell, Fox simply had the creators change them... don't see why the same couldn't be done here (although obviously I'd prefer the original music, if it wasn't for those stingy-ass bands trying to bite more than they can chew...)
