I was bidding on a CD and the seller ended the item early cancelling my
bid. They have now relisted the item (obviously hoping to get more money).
Why can I not post neutral feedback against this seller?

They have 100% feedback - so how many other time have they done
the same?

You can report them though and if it is something they do regular and enough people complain then Ebay can do something about it. Other then that I wouldn't go near them again.

Yes, you cannot leave any feedback unless the item has ended properly and you were the highest bidder.

They may have ended it early because there was an error in the listing and maybe didn't know what the revise function was, but then again I might just be giving them an excuse 8)

How do you know that they have done this before, could just be a one off.
