Not always. I've never had a serious problem with them, and I still use them when they are cheapest: most recently, this month, to get the Seinfeld S5 and S6 sets for £15.68 each. But I admit I seem to be in the minority!

:) Bought Phantom Of The Opera and Evita on the 19/20th of last month both £3.84, the second title was posted today. I feel for price it was worth the wait. They always kept me updated.
I ordered Hex Season 2 off them 2 weeks ago for a knockdown price for a new title, it arrived 1 week after they sent me the dispatch brand new and sealed in cardboard vacuum packaging so the edges of the boxset were not damaged. I am happy with their service but judging by others’ comments, I would still be wary ordering from them in the future and again, only if it was a super bargain.

I wasn’t just talking about what had happened to you, there have been other comments by other users (and I'm not talking solely from this forum only) who have bought from selectcheaper previously and have had a bad experience.
