Does anyone know if this company are customs friendly as I plan to order
12+ dvds from them.

I'm 99% sure they're not. I've not used them though so I'm sure someone else will confirm this.

ive not used them in some time, but im pretty sure there not.

just make orders under £18 - which can be a pain.

ive not used them for a while as they used to be a lot easier to use and i used my debit card on the site to get cheap steelbooks. not been on the site for ages though.

Surely they're in the EU so there can be no problem with customs? VAT is included in the sale.

I think I got a little confused with my initial response. I was thinking of Futureshop (based in Canada and subject to customs) and not Freerecordshop (based in the EU, as asm said, and obviously customs friendly)
