Indeed, I don't think Fox can do anything to the site though, they are simply linking to episodes that are streamed on dailymotion. It's been up a while so i'm sure Fox are in already contact with DailyMotion to get them all removed.

I wouldn't think his site was illegal either, FOX might have had to spend abit on lawyers getting his site shut down if he was stupid enough and rich enough to persue it.

FOX should be contacting dailymotion, they are the one's hosting the files - my guess is fox have been ignored by dailymotion to remove them (otherwise they would have been gone a long time ago!)

one of the links that the page now has is pretty good, even has a movies page, the pic quality isnt amazing, but its watchable. Just watching Scary Movie 4, and then im gonna have to watch Nacho Libre, X-Men 3 and Click for a start :)
