Anyone know of any decent free sites where I can download the latest episodes of TV shows just aired in the US. I'm having trouble looking for something, and wondered if anyone could reccommend somewhere. Cheers

do you mean torrents? I use Azureus to download Lost/Smallville etc, its a pretty decent program.

I have no clue what i'm doing when it comes to those torrent sites.

Any tips which version or mirror i should be using to be able to download US shows ??
