Hmmmm.....

Wouldn“t touch this company with a bargepole - last time they did the boxset bargains they sent some, then "substitued" other peoples orders with different items or refunded the unsent item, leaving lots of people angry and out of pocket.

Wouldn't touch them after last time (the boxset incident). Sent one item out, but not the main part of it, then offered the least expensive item for half the price of the full order (as if).

Tried sending the item back but no-one turned up for it, few months worth of late payment notices and threats to collect the money by other means. FINALLY had someone pick it up (as they dont have a returns address to send yourself) only for another 2 months of them asking for money before they finally wiped it off my account.

Awful company.

It's worth trying if you're not too worried about being messed around - excellent if it comes off.

Haha, well my mate went for one aswell (i did warn him), so i told him to get me one if he was gonna do it, and he got his invoice through early last week. No sign of them yet though.

I closed my account with them after last time and wouldn't reopen with them (still think they're an awful company) be good if this comes off though.

That's the thing puzzling me so far... I don't have an account to login to I don't think, and they've no payment details or anything. It seems so bizarre all this od fangled technology when i'm used to loging in places and ordering stuff with ease. Will they start sending me catalogues? I might sulk if they don't :(

So what do we reckon they'll send instead of this of equal or greater value? A CD? A Learn Guitar book maybe? Maybe a nice set of self sealable envelopes. Place your bets

They'll set an account up for you (well, they'll give you your account number and you just sign up or something like that), you just have to ring them up to pay, or do it at your bank (it is indeed stupid that they dont accept payment over the internet though). They're a catalouge company, so they'll have ran all the credit checks they need to on you beforehand.

I still get little 10-20 page catalouges from them from time to time, so im guessing they never bothered closing my account like I asked, Lol (which wouldnt suprise me!).

It'd be funny if they did replace it with something totally different, if they do expect it to be of much less value (and then they'll offer you a friendly discount of 5p). You either accept or they'll send someone out to collect the return when they can be arsed (while providing you with millions of possible times they can do it, which all come with the very vague 'within 2-5 days between 6am and 8pm' - make sure you're in).

Well, he had a letter through this morning saying there was an error on their site and the order has now been cancelled. Lol.
