What's WTC? The only thing I can think of is World Trade Center.

Now £49.99 with 2 free films.
it's so cheap I know people are buying them as upscaling DVD players with the HD as an extra.

Are these Multi region DVD?

Er..guys. There is an even better deal hidden on the same page. If you look at the bottom of the big panel headed "Get this Toshiba HD Player & 5 Movies for only £99.99", you'll see that it says "To purchase all the products within this bundle for £69.99 press the buy button." Just out of interest, I did just that and have now placed an order for an EP-30 with the two included HD-DVDs plus, Pitch Black, Van Helsing, The Thing, Chronicles of Riddick and er...Knocked Up for the princely sum of £69.99p including delivery

I've had the initial confirmation email but, to be honest, expect to receive a follow-up 'order cancelled' email later today when they realise the mistake. However, right now I think this may be a major bargain

I think it's a legit deal Qexit as it has £69.99 at the bottom of the page before you add to the basket

im so torn as to wether or not to get this - ive bit my tounge for ages, but this is a great chance to get a hd-dvd player and 7 titles for a pretty good price.

i just have a feeling this same offer will be £50 next week lol. i might wait and see if amazon do a similar deal. at least with them you can get money back if price drops in 30 days.

Andy, if you check back a couple of posts you'll see that the £49.99p price is for the player with just 2 HD-DVDs while the £69.99p price includes 7 discs both at Play.com. Please try to keep up

P.S. Looks like the 7 disc offer is for real as they've now altered the main ad to show the £69.99 price instead of the earlier £99.99p
