Nom's are out for the Spirit Awards. A much better bet IMO than the political Oscars (plus less crying).

Michael Winterbottom is up for best doco for 'the road to guantanamo' and 'the lives of others' is up for best foreign film.

The 'Spirt' awards conjures up thoughts of an all together different type of ceremony!  :wink:
