There is bound to be sex, both innuendo and actual scenes of nudity and well other stuff people do together, when they are naked.
Furthermore, there will be gore. People inserting different instruments into other people at various speed and with varied effect.
There will be screaming and probably some crying...

Trouble is it didn't really work. Horror films, particularly American ones, have become monotonous and predictable, like you demonstrated in your above qoute.
