Sure i'd seen a lot of this before but it certainly was very good.
I've listened to the clash for probably about 10 years but never read into much of their history.
The world misses Joe Strummer.
Ah, the Rock Against Racism rally/march, from Trafalgar Square to (I think it was) Victoria Park, with Tom Robinson and The Clash. My first ever visit to London.
You are really bringing out an attack of "The Good Old Days" in me!
Terrific little movie that I was mainly interested in seeing after I enjoyed the Squid and the Whale.
Great turn from Chris Eigeman playing his previous Metropolitan character again!
Absolutely love this movie, I haven't watched in years so it was good to remind myself just how brilliant it is!

The Horse's Mouth.
Why had I never seen this movie before? It is an absolute gem and I'd advise ANYBODY who hasn't seen it to get it watched ASAP. Alec Guiness is in inspired form and his screenplay aint half bad either.
Sinatra was awesome...and it was great seeing an evil angela lansbury!
Oh, I love that film, havent seen the remake (although I dont really want to either as hate the Hollywood fascination of remaking a perfectly good film :? !)
I watched Band of Brothers and didn't like it. I enjoyed the battle scenes and the very first episode at boot camp but after that just couldn't get into it.
I wanted to love this as it just looked so good but I really couldn't. I'll give it another chance I think.

Now gonna have to try and get the original!
The remake isn't worth the wait for the package to drop from the postmans hand to the floor.
