Re: Horror fan? whats your fav horror DVD or DVDS?

I love zombie films Dawn of the Dead (original) is probably my 2nd favourite film ever..seen it many many times lol

Also like all Romero's films Land, Day etc..

Like Friday the 13th's although they do go a bit crappy but still good to watch same with Nightmare on Elm St..

wow, there are just sooo many films..

Re: Horror fan? whats your fav horror DVD or DVDS?

It's true, there's sooo many films I couldn't even begin to list them all. My list was only of the few movies I've seen recently.

stuartcricket1, I'll try and answer your questions. Here goes:

That's a decent list, there's a few I haven't seen yet but most are top films. I didn't think much of Session 9 or Wrong Turn though.

I've had Devil's Rejects for some time now but it's one I haven't got around to watching yet , I'll let you know my thought's if I ever do (so many DVD's!).

Not seen Monster Man so I'll look it up.

Stagefright is excellent and can be picked up very cheaply, go for the R1 Anchor Bay version. Here's a review from Bloodydisgusting.com. Stagefright Review. If you like this and like a bit of comedy thrown in get Soavi's last film Cemetery Man (on Anchor Bay R1 too aka Dellamore, Dellamorte) ...A classic!

I've not caught much stuff on Zone Horror channel mainly due to my back log of dvd's. They sometimes have some Hammer Horror stuff on there so I'll keep a closer look on Zone Horror channel.

I'm looking forward to watching the korean monster movie The Host soon and must get round to seeing Pan's Labyrinth while it's still on the cinema.

I think it's something like Diary Of The Dead, I think main character is a reporter and being followed round with a camcorder when all hell breaks loose lol...can't remember where I saw the details though...and of course could be totally wrong lol
