as seen on;

play

These are coming out (budget priced) in special packaging double disc sets.

Anyone else gonna buy any of these...fyi they are a quid cheaper than play on hmv (add the £5 voucher too!)

I'm after das boot really...there are a lot of weird choices;

dr strangelove (classic)
lawrence (classic)
layer cake (erm??)

I'm tempted to get a few;

The Reel Collection: Boyz N The Hood (2 Discs)
The Reel Collection: Close Encounters Of The Third Kind (2 Discs)
The Reel Collection: Das Boot (2 Discs)
The Reel Collection: Hellboy (2 Discs)

The Hellboy artwork looks great

Hadn't know about these so cheers Blunty and agree some of the artwork looks really cool.

Will probably get this 'The Reel Collection: Desperado / El Mariachi' and 'Dr Strangelove' as I have been after these movies anyway and maybe Close Encounters Of The Third Kind as it is one of my favourites.

Nice, love the tin packaging. Close Encounters and Jerry Maguire look like definite purchases for me.

shows a pic of what they look like, not bad for tin packaging and film stills.

might have to pick some of these up myself :)

Yeah, they look really good, and I hadn't heard of them previously.

I'm just sorry that I already own most of the titles in the collection that I would be interested in. :( Thats the problem with nice new packages - the films you would most like to have in them, you probably already own.
