DVD Library Software

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but does anybody use any software to catalogue their dvds?
I don't want to just type the titles into a spreadsheet or word document, 'cos I'd like a record of them by genre, director, cast or whatever else people can think of.
I've noticed some people who post here have a link to something called dvd profiler http://www.intervocative.com/Products.aspx Is it any good and what are the advantages of the paid for version over the free one?
Any opinions (apart from "you're sad for wanting to catalogue them") gratefully received.

Thanks Grilli,
Do you have the free version?
If so, do you have any problems with banner ads/pop ups in it?

I think it has a banner in the program.... but thats all. it's not like I even notice that while I'm updating my collection. You can downloads loads of different user made temlates etc for printing off your lists in different styles too, or make your own. As you can see my link is in my sig (although it needs about 10 more going on there). Very handy indeed

I use dvdprofiler, is this intervocative.com one better? If so is there an easy way to catalogue or would it mean manually re-entering all my dvd's as I don't fancy doing that again.

Barcodes remind me too much of my price checking days in my after school job in the local supermarket.

I had to scan barcodes to check the price matched the sticker.
