I recently asked Foxy's if they pre-pay customs, as they dispatch from the CI.

They don't, but said customers "rarely" get charged customs duty. Not sure if this means they might help in some way :wink: but I didn't follow it up, so, until someone asks the right question (I'm too shy!) items over £18 with them might turn out not to be bargains!
