Here's a review I typed of yesterday to help members who haven't ordered from them:

1st Order:
I needed a very, very rare DVD to complete my Gankutsuou DVD collection - Volume 6. SecondSpin had 1 used copy in-stock for $14.99 + $6 for international shipping. I ordered it after seeing SecondSpin had it listed on Amazon.co.uk in 'like new' condition.
When it arrived 2-3 weeks later (as expected) it was in a cheap Poundland quality black case (the series should all be in HQ see-through cases) and the front of the cover was ripped along the top on the front and back. Feeling both annoyed and disappointed, I decided to lie about it not arriving to get a full refund and, after 3-5 weeks of waiting, SecondSpin were good enough to do so.
------------------
2nd Order:
The next time I ordered I did so during one of their regular free worldwide shipping weeks.
After seeing lots of others have more luck, I gave SecondSpin another chance, this time ordering DVDs that cost no more than $4-6 each. I ended up very pleased with the results this time around since (2-3 weeks later) I received both DVDs in MINT condition, no issues whatsoever.
This order made me believe I'd simply been very unlucky with my first order, and SecondSpin didn't disappoint me with my 3rd and 4th orders.
------------------
3rd and 4th Orders:
I made 2 separate orders for a total of 15 DVDs during the recent 20% off + free shipping week SecondSpin had - It was too hard to resist. I paid a total of $55 for the 15 DVDs.
My 2 parcels from SecondSpin arrived today. The customs label stated the exact amounts paid and both were shipped from Sweden.
7/15 of my DVDs are Fighting Spirit volumes - A very popular boxing anime series that isn't out in the UK and is OOP in the US as a result of Geneon dying. 3 of the DVDs still have the seal intact along the top, which means they haven't been used or the past owner removed the DVDs out of the bottom of the case awkwardly. Aside from 1 DVD where the case plastic is damaged along the top, the rest of the Fighting Spirit DVDs are in perfect condition, all complete with inlays and the original cases.
My OOP (and unreleased in the UK) Geneon DVDs didn't stop with Fighting Spirit, a further 4 of the DVDs I ordered being Geneon titles - Vol. 1 & 3 of Doki and Vol. 1-2 of Fafner. All 4 DVDs are perfect, Vol. 2 of Fafner still having the seal intact along the top, which means 4/15 probably haven't even been used.
The remaining 4 DVDs aren't OOP like the previous 11, 2 being unreleased over here and the other 2 being part of a series that is expensive to buy in the UK. Vol. 2 of Diamond Daydreams is in perfect condition and completed my collection. Vol. 7-8 of Gundam Seed are in fine condition apart from the black case of one being a bit tatty.
The only real problem DVD out of the 15 turned out to be the one I only ordered because it was cheap - Vol. 1 of Baki. The cover is ripped on the back, the case tatty, the DVD scratched and there is no inlay. However, since everything else is in near mint to mint condition I really don't care.
Vol. 1 of Baki aside, the only annoyance is that the orange used sticker SecondSpin insist on putting on their DVDs leaves sticky residue...not much of a complaint at all really.
------------------
What do I think after my 4 orders? I think that, unless your unlucky, SecondSpin are one of the best internet stores to buy from for people looking for OOP rarities and people living abroad who want to pay the same prices as Americans. I'll most certainly be using them again after they impressed me so much with the 15 DVDs that arrived today.
...oh, and it's worth mentioning that SecondSpin send DVDs in sturdy boxes, meaning the items they send aren't likely to be damaged during the 2-3 weeks international buyers have to wait.

What product did you purchase or try to purchase? I''ve purchased a total of 18 DVDs.

I was a bit slow realising these are second hand goods. I guess the name is a clue!
I was close to buying something for $38 but wasnt convinced I was going to get the chance to buy at $38-20%=$30 shipping + customs free.
I seemed to be one click away from agreeing to $38+£3 shipping=$41.
Then as there is no guide on condition I decided not to risk it. $30 for a nice condition copy is great but $41 for a battered set and possible customs charges - no thanks.

The final confirmation screen is the one where you can enter the code. You don't pay until you get to that screen.

Thanks Aionic but I chickened out again. You were correct though.
The price was $35-09 which after discount was $28.
I just worried that the customs slip would say $35-09 and I reckon thats 50c over the limit.

I ordered $55 worth, split into 2 orders (I waited for 1 to ship before ordering the other to be safe) during the last 20% off/free shipping sale. Both parcels arrived with the EXACT amount I paid ($25 and $30 respectively) on the customs label.
Going on my last 2 orders, it's safe to say they put the exact amount you pay on the label, including discounts.

Thanks Aionic
I re-read the amazon reviews and checked the far bigger prices and ordered it.
Actually it was a sudden event as the site had remembered everything, I expected another few pages but it was all over.
The more I buy the longer I need to work and the bigger the pile and the less I watch - sigh.

wow some real good prices there - shame the wii isnt multi regional as they have some game that would cost around £5 each.
also gutted at all the cheap wrestling dvds, i paid so much more.
still, ive placed 4 order, for $110 total, so for just £55 after discounts and with free shipping i am getting:-
4 x PSP Games
Sanford And Son Series 1
Sanford And Son Series 2
Mr Nanny/Suburban Commando Double Pack
Saved By The Bell Seasons 1+2
Saved By The Bell Seasons 3+4
Saved By The Bell Season 5
Diff'rent Strokes Season 1
Diff'rent Strokes Season 2
will probably get the other S+S next time the code is valid - they dont even sell them over here, so for £6 per season id be mad not to get them. The SBTB complete collection for under £15 was a no brainer too.
btw if people want Ugly Betty Season 1 cheap, its £8ish at moment with discounts.
