In the series "The 10th Kingdom", our rescue party is trying to escape a room. The room has two doors. A talking frog warns of impending doom, should they enter the wrong door.

Q: Who solves the problem (actor or character or obvious reference is enough), how is it solved and which door turns out to be the "safe" one?

Ok, question is obviously too difficult. I'll settle for a correct answer to one part of the question (hint: question part 3 is a 50/50)

Daddy picks up the frog, mumbles something, opens the left door and throws the frog in. The frog blows up. Problem solved.

yep . it happened before crimbo , really stressed me out , and probably y i havent been on here for a while as i was busy looking for a car, there are so few cars available for sale where i live also so has been a right pain
