Digital SLR Cameras

Gonna be investing in one around chrimbo time so I just thought i'd see what people have and recommend.

My mate has got an entry level nikon from jessops...cost about £400 so around there would do me just fine.

Are there any good review websites?

Make sure you actually need the SLR though no point just getting one to look good. Only need one for shutter speed, changing lenses and what-not. If you're not going to worry about that stuff you don't really need SLR and should just go for a normal digital camera. Something like the Canon Ixus750 which I'm getting on my birthday (4 days).
