As long as they don't follow the US trend of taking a good idea, stretching it out to twice as many episodes as there is storyline, then patching on an extra season or two because the ratings were high even though there isn't a coherent plot to justify the extra episodes

yes i think thats the answer all the characters are the doctors and nurses.
