Indeed. I think Sunderland are entering a period of relative stability where they can build on a solid foundation. The past decade they have been a club built on sand.

I think that Quinn genuinely loves the club and the fans, and will do what is best for Sunderland. And Keanne is showing the same passion and commitment that he showed as a player.

But I still hate them. Lets not lose sight of that fact.
